SKILLED IMMIGRATION TO CANADA - New Rules and Regulations from 4th May 2013
Canada has released new Immigration rules for skilled professionals from 4th May 2013. There are only a limited number of application which will be received this year and the occupations are also reduced. Canada has continued the CAP system and further reduced the numbers to only 300 for this year for every occupation that is in acute shortage in Canada. So, one and all who are interested to settle in Canada are advised to hurry up and start their immigration process so that they can submit the applications in a timely fashion.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a capping of only 5000 applications for all the occupations put
together and a maximum CAP of 300 applications in individual occupations (Whichever
occurs first). Hence, Prospective applicants who wish to get a head start on their application
preparation and timely submission can proceed by retaining the services at Nextworld

Migrate to Australia with in 6- 8 months. Migration Qualifying Points Reduced
Following recent announcements by the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, The Skilled Immigration to Australia under the GSM cheme has introduced welcome Changes From 1 st of July' 2012. An additional stage of skills Select for Australia is made mandatory for immigration aspirants and the points has been reduced from 65 to 60 thus making many more profeswsionals and skilled applicants qualify for General Skilled Immigration to Australia.
The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship has announced that processing of General Skilled Migration applications for state sponsored applications be given first priority.
Hence, this is the time to start your Immigration process to Australia since the time taken for select occupations under State Nomination for Skilled Occupations List (SOL1&2) will considerably be very less.
Further, capping has been introduced on the 2012-13 General Skilled Migration (GSM) Program and it might become difficult to get migration clearance for people who are planning to postpone their Immigration to Australia or who can not take a quick decision. Occupations List for Canada is postponed till 1st January 2013.
The Govt. of Canada on 28th June'2012 announced temporary hold on skilled immigration applications from across the world till 1st of January 2013 or till further notice.
