1.   Applications with a successful State or Territory Nomination; and
2.   Applications where the nominated occupation is identified on the Critical Skills List (CSL).

Further, capping has been introduced on the 2008-09 General Skilled Migration (GSM) Program and it might become difficult to get migration clearance for people who are planning to postpone their Immigration to Australia or who can not take a quick decision.
