I have recieved my permanent residency visa approval from the Canadian High Commission on 15th April 2011 and to inform this to whomsoever it may concern that it would not have been possible without the expert help and guidance of the learned file preparation officers of Next World Immigration in Delhi. My file was turned down by the embassy on the calculation of points which was proved wrong by the skillful documents preparer at the Next world office in New Delhi.

My file was readmitted after a refusal letter and it was probably the pleasant surprise of my life till date. later on in due course of time, (6 months to be precise) my visa is atlast in my hands and i am off to Canada in May 2011.

This is S. Siva Prasad Ayyar, I am a Tamilian, studied in Tirupati and working in Bangalore. I am Amit Panchal and I have applied for Australia Immigration in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning category through M/s. Next World Immigration Associates who are associated with registered migration lawyers (MIA) in Perth. I still remember the last dates (31.08.2007 to be precise) when the Skills Assessing Authority of my RAC profession was about to be transferred to Vetassess and not many people in India had solution for my case.

Next World Immigration assured me of filing my case with the Skills Assessing Authority before the due date. I had full confidence in him from day one after discussing my case for only 20 minutes. No one submitted a color photocopy of the educational documents to the embassy before me and afterwards, it was made a mendatory requirement by the embassy that the educational documents to be submitted to the high commission would be color photocopies of the originals.

I feel the luckiest person on earth today because i have got my Denmark green card visa approval from the Danish Embassy. I thought that going through the immigration process once with Nextworld has made me nothing less than an Immigration lawyer. I am settled in australia since 2005 and got my citizenship in 2009. I tried to file my spouse visa when i got married on my own to sace on the consultancy fee.
