This Employer Sponsered Temporary visa is for employers who would like to employ overseas workers to fill nominated skilled positions in Australia on a temporary basis. These days Australia is going through acute shortage of skilled manpower and hence companies and different states are sponsoring people in select categories like medical field, mining, software professionals, engineers, accountants trades people like carpenters, cooks, plumbers, electricians, machinist, welders, toolmakers, refrigeration and air-conditioning etc.
